WHY

It is the philosophy of WSM that athletes who love the game of basketball should have detailed and disciplined instruction of the skills needed to improve as an individual player and as a team player. Players must have a foundation of how to execute skills, when to use their skills in game play, and have an understanding of WHY their skills and game time decisions make them the most effective basketball players. And above all else, it’s imperative that players learn that to succeed in anything, they must continue to Work Some More.
